**Return Policy: Exchange & Refund**

1. **Eligibility Criteria:**
- Wigs must be intact, and lace must be uncut.
- Apply for a return by emailing photos to info@lavauxhair.com.

2. **Return Procedure:**
- Upon approval, return items to the provided Australian address.
- No handling fees or restocking fees for returns.

3. **Exceptions:**
- Custom-made wigs and clearance wigs are final sales and cannot be returned.

**Processing of Exchange & Refund:**

1. **Receiving:**
- Check the goods for completeness.
- Ensure there is no damage.

2. **Signing for the Package:**
- Sign for the package upon delivery.

3. **Confirmation:**
- Confirm the delivery of the returned goods.

4. **Photographic Evidence:**
- Take photos of the returned items.
- Submit attachments to info@lavauxhair.com

5. **Return Shipment:**
- Send the product to the provided address.

6. **Resolution:**
- Based on the assessment of the returned goods, we will proceed with either an exchange or refund.
